The two engineers who came were prompt, friendly, even took their shoes off as they came in, as it was a wet muddy day, and although there were additional difficulties with the boiler that were unforeseen, they worked extremely hard and it now works perfectly. Let me just say that I will NEVER trust any other firm with my boiler. They were wonderful. My super heroes!
