The service was carried out by Ronnie Peters and an apprentice. They also diagnosed a heat exchanger plate issue and arranged for a new part to be ordered and for me to be contacted when it was available. I was called within a couple of days and told the spare part had arrived and a date for it to be fitted was arranged. Brandon Bourne and an apprentice arrived to fit the new part, which they did quickly and then explained to me what they had done. Everyone that I dealt with arrived on time, carried out the work professionally, was courteous and friendly. All in all a very good service.
