I reported my boiler broken on Monday, they came out Tuesday and replaced the main board Friday. Excellent service; very friendly and polite, efficient staff. I would always use them because of the personal touch. The phone is answered by a person who can book an appointment straight away. There is an answering machine and they always return the call. Cannot fault the personal service.
